Effective 10/16/07 - 12/21/07
Through ACE+ grant funding, Open Access will begin on 10/16/07 for use by all community members and students based on the schedule below. The lab will be available for Internet research, homework resources, household tasks needing technological resources, and other jobs needing the assistance of computers. All equipment and peripherals (printers, scanners, digital cameras, software, etc.) will be available for use during open lab times. An assistant will be on hand for those needing support. This program is designed to provide opportunities for our community and students to have access to technology after school hours at no cost.
The labs are limited to 25 students, no exceptions! All participants must have signed permission slips and emergency contact information on file.
L. V. MOORE MIDDLE SCHOOL - Special Note: Due to large student response at this location, and to provide everyone a chance to participate, students will be selected in alphabetical order on the morning of Open Access. The students will be selected in increments of 25 and we will continue through the list to ensure all students were given an opportunity to participate. Once we have determined the length of time it takes to cycle all students we will put together a list of what day your child can attend and send home notification.
